A construction studio, online.
Built the web presence for DetailHomes, a Pakistan-based residential and commercial construction firm. Service catalogue, project portfolio, lead capture, and trust signals from a decade of finished builds.
Ten years of houses, no web shelf.
DetailHomes had built and handed over twenty-plus residential and commercial projects across Pakistan over a decade, with strong word-of-mouth and repeat clients — and a Facebook page as the entire digital footprint.
Prospects landing on the firm by referral had nothing to anchor their trust on between the first phone call and the site visit. The team needed a place to show finished work, articulate the three service tracks they run, and let serious leads request a quote without playing phone tag.
A portfolio site that lets the builds talk.
We shipped a Next.js site organised around three service tracks: full residential builds, commercial projects, and ready-made houses for immediate purchase. Each service explains scope, materials, and how DetailHomes handles handover documentation.
The featured-projects gallery is the centre of the site — twenty-plus completed builds with photos, location, and the role DetailHomes played. Reviews from real clients sit alongside, and a lead-capture form routes quote requests straight to the founders. WhatsApp deep-link on every page for Pakistani buyers who prefer messaging to email.
Showcase the work, skip the SaaS gloss.
Construction buyers care about finished houses, not micro-interactions. We led with the portfolio, kept service descriptions plain, and surfaced the Construction Dossier (their handover manual) as a real differentiator. Two weeks from kickoff to public launch.
